Job Title: HR & Admin Officer
Job Description:
To provide efficient administrative and basic HR functions. The role is primarily focused on administration, logistics, procurement, and office coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, and utilities.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Oversee procurement: request quotes, place orders, track deliveries.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and events.
- Monitor and update asset and inventory registers.
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities.
- Serve as liaison with service providers (cleaning, security, etc.).
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in recruitment: job postings, scheduling, document collection.
- Organize onboarding and staff orientation.
- Maintain HR files and leave/attendance records.
- Support basic employee welfare and HR compliance.
- Help implement HR policies and guidelines.
Requirements and Skills:
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR & Admin Assistant or similar role (Preferred).
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Experience using spreadsheets, MS words and PowerPoint.
- Organizational skills Multitasking Skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- BA in English/ Business management or relevant field.
- Minimum 60% and above in Class X, XII and Degree.

Remuneration and Benefits:
• Basic Pay: Nu. 23,500.00/-
• Allowances: Nu. 14,485.00/-
• Employer PF Contribution: 2,350.00/-
• Gross Pay: Nu. 40,335.00/-
