Key Responsibilities

  • Design mobile app and web UI layouts (screens, components, flows, and prototypes).
  • Create graphics and visual assets for app features, marketing, and branding (banners,
    icons, social media creatives).
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features.
    Maintain a consistent design system (colors, typography, spacing, components).
  • Collaborate with developers and product team to ensure accurate UI implementation.
  • Improve user experience (UX) through usability improvements and design iterations.
  • Design assets for in-app promotions, onboarding screens, and notifications.
    Optimize graphics for performance (mobile-friendly sizes and formats).

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles (layout, hierarchy, usability, accessibility).
  • Experience designing mobile-first interfaces (Android/iOS).

Proficiency in design tools such as:

  • Figma (preferred)
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
    ☑ Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, final UI workflow.
    ☑ Understanding color theory, typography, and branding.
    ☑ Ability to export developer-ready assets (SVG, PNG, design specs)

For Freshers, the monthly salary structure will be as follows:

  • Gross Pay: Nu. 39,500/-
  • Basic Pay: Nu. 28,750/-
  • Corporate Allowance: Nu. 7,250/-
  • Medical Allowance: Nu. 1,500/-
  • Communication Allowance: Nu. 2,000/-
  • Provident Fund (PF): 10% of the Basic Pay (as per company policy)
    For candidates with prior experience, the salary shall be negotiable
    based on qualifications and relevant work experiencе.
